PROCESSING & DELIVERY INFORMATION:

          At Minelis' Closet we are committed to delivering high-quality fashion with                  exceptional attention to detail.

  • Many of our styles are made to order, allowing us to offer unique designs and wider variety of sizes and colors.

SHIPPING:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at sales@mineliscloset.com We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Once order has been placed it can only be cancelled within 24 hours. 
  • Some items may be made to order so it can take up to a couple weeks to provide a tracking number. We will keep you updated.

PROCESSING TIME

 

  • United State : 2-7 bussines days
  • International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost Packages

 

  • Mineli's Closet is not responsible for packages once the shipping partner has confirmed delivery. If missing packages are an issue at your residence, please ask us to see if we can add signature confirmation for the package.

if you have an upcoming event, wedding, prom, or special occasion, we recommend contacting us before placing your order. Our team wil gladly help confirm whether your dress can arrive on time.

Order Changes

Because many of our items begin production shortly after an order is placed, change or cancellations may not be possible once processing has started.
