Processing and Shipping Times

  • We and many in the fashion industry are currently experiencing supply chain delays and shipping delays that are not related to our store. We do our best to expedite all our orders, but currently can not guarantee the shipping times until shipping times get back to normal. Since many items are made to order, we revert to our store credit only policy in case of delayed shipments. (Updated: 04/01/2023)

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at sales@mineliscloset.com We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Once order has been placed it can not be canceled.
  • Some items may be made to order so it can take up to a couple weeks to provide a tracking number. We will keep you updated.

SHIPPING TIMES

  • Please note that to help keep our prices low and to provide the best selection, we use multiple world wide suppliers. Many items ship from suppliers from all around the world.  Many of our items are also made to order. This can take from 7-31 days estimated to arrive depending on the destination. We will make sure to keep you up to date on your order.  If something is needed with urgency, please reach out to us at sales@mineliscloset.com to see if expedited shipping is an option.
  • CURRENTLY WITH THE PANDEMIC WE ARE SOMETIMES EXPERIENCING SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES WITH SOME MATERIALS THAT MAY CAUSE LONGER THAN EXPECTED DELAYS. MANY OF OF OUR PIECES ARE MADE TO ORDER WHICH PROVIDES CUSTOMIZATION AND VARIETY, BUT DOES SOMETIMES EXTENDS PROCESSING TIME. WE WILL DO ALL WE CAN TO EXPEDITE ORDERS ON OUR END, BUT ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ORDERS TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED DURING THIS SUPPLY CHAIN SLOW DOWN. (UPDATED 03/01/2022)

Lost Packages

  • Mineli's Closet is not responsible for packages once the shipping partner has confirmed delivery. If missing packages are an issue at your residence, please ask us to see if we can add signature confirmation for the package.
