- We and many in the fashion industry are currently experiencing supply chain delays and shipping delays that are not related to our store. We do our best to expedite all our orders, but currently can not guarantee the shipping times until shipping times get back to normal. Since many items are made to order, we revert to our store credit only policy in case of delayed shipments. (Updated: 05/01/2022)
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Cosmetics & beauty products, bodysuits, swimsuits, and/or undergarments are non-returnable.

Mineli’s closet will not be responsible for orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
Store Credit (No Refunds) (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit or exchange.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a store credit will be issued via E-Gift Card to Mineli’s Closet within a reasonable amount of days. Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of placing your order. In case the order has already been sent, the order can not be cancelled. When the customer receives the order number, those orders are processed and some are sent immediately.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. After we have received and accepted your request please send your item to address exactly as display:

Please see our Sizing Guide before placing your order or contact us prior to placing your order to ensure you get the right size. In case we approve an exchange that is not due to a defective or damaged item, there may be additional fees involved to cover shipping or replacement.
We cannot ensure the style/size are in stock by the time the returned items are received. We will issue you a store credit via an E-Gift Card once we've received your return. That way, you may use the E-Gift Card towards the correct item/size or for another item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number, as Mineli’s Closet is not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not process a return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
Mineli’s Closet reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history.
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
In case an item is received in a defective or damaged condition, please e-mail your request with an explanation of the damage and corresponding pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org. After we have approved the return we will either:
a.) mail you a new replacement item
b.) request that you return the item. Once we receive your package, we will email you an E-Gift Card in the amount of your item, plus the cost of the shipping return (up to $10.00 USD provided you also include a copy of the receipt itemizing the return shipping cost).
c.) Depending on the damage, come to mutually agreed upon partial refund via an E-Gift Card.
Credit via E-Gift Card for your returned or exchanged item(s) will be processed once they are received at our offices. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once received by Mineli’s Closet. Your E-gift card covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. Mineli’s Closet does not credit original shipping charges.
Right to Refusal of Future Purchases
It is at the discretion of Minelis Closet to refuse future sales to customers who are as deemed abusing the return or exchange policy.
